提問 衝突問題

我把電腦搬動從三樓搬到地下室，遇到這個衝突問題。於是我去duet的官方網站重新安裝了 driver。還是依樣。

都設定了duet 還是 ㄧ樣有出現這個衝突.... 好想要解決他啊～
我的電腦是mac 10.13.6
重新安裝過

如果原本是正常的，電腦搬動後才發生這問題，那我會建議先換條USB線試試，先排除線材的問題。
